The production line is mainly used for the production of semi-steel meridian lining in the form of single airtight layer pasting film. It is mainly composed of a cold feed extruder, a two-roll calender, take-up roll table, upper film laminating device, lower film laminating device, cooling roll device, cutter conveyor belt, take-up conveyor belt, double-station take-up device and other main components.
Application: Suitable for the production of semi-steel radial tire lining products.
